Refund policy

We do offer refunds on Shopify site audits if the digital service has NOT been started or completed.  In the event it was purchased in error you have 48 hours to cancel the order and be refunded, so please let us know immediately. 

Once any of our services have started they fall under our working agreement terms which can be view here. If this does not make sense please reach out before purchasing so everything is clear.
